Health seems, sometimes, to be a very vague word. Are you healthy? How do you feel? What are your primary health concerns? What are you doing about those concerns? Have you had conversations with your doctor about your concerns?

Wikipedia defines health coaching as “…the use of evidence-based skillful conversation, clinical interventions and strategies to actively and safely engage client/patients in health behavior change. Health coaches are certified or credentialed to safely guide clients and patients who may have chronic conditions or those at moderate to high risk for chronic conditions.” 

A health coach is not a nutritionist, a dietician, or a physician. (At least, I am not!) A health coach is a partner who will work with you to help you set goals and make a positive plan to achieve your goals!
